The project was created for a vacation home for Johnson’s couple in Thailand. The house has a loft office for Mr. Johnson to have meeting calls and work. Mrs. Johnson has a living room for her to relax. The house also has a deck area for them to enjoy sightseeing. The bamboo trees were planned inside the house to incorporate the home's design and atmosphere to elevate the natural vibe.
Midtown Office would like to redesign their whole floor into a place where their employees will enjoy being at work. This location will be the prototype for other growing companies around the city. The office includes an elevator lobby, reception station, waiting room, conference rooms, mother's room, executive offices, standard offices, social café, break room, huddle room, touchdown areas, open office area, and a copy room.
We designed the lighting plan for the dining room and kitchen area.
By using Minutes Matter software, we created the window treatment designs. We also learned how to calculate fabric for different Drapery Styles.
We used 2020 to create a kitchen and living room design project.
We created a hotel room with a king suite, living room, and conference room in the AutoCAD project.
In the Revit project, we created a house with a two-level floor plan. We redesigned the floor plan for Mr. Will’s new home to make Mr. Will and his wife Michelle live comfortably and safely. The master on the main floor allows them easy and safe access to the kitchen, family room, laundry, and garage. The upstairs will have three rooms for their sons or guests when they visit them.
We created the Berryville Residence Construction Documents by hand drawing. The home has two bedrooms, two baths, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and porches both on the front and back.
